We came here after our morning walk from Mt Faber and Henderson Waves. We were attracted to a stall that was selling something very different, ie Chinese burger amongst others like mala food, mutton soup, mutton skewers etc. No regrets trying and their claims are valid - crispy, tender and tasty. The burger is crispy and the meat fillings are tender and tasty! Cost $5 each. I think it would be even better if they added lettuce or cucumber. Coffee is good too! The coffee shop is clean, spacious and bright.

Coffee shop. Good beef noodle, fish/meat ball noodle. Had coffee, half boiled eggs and coffee black (S$3.30).

Visited today and the food standard of Lai kee kitchen 来记小厨 has dropped, their 南乳咋肉 fermented bean curb pork is terrible, big plate but mostly coated with flour, the one at block 46 is much better if you crave for this dish.

Lively & welcoming neighbourhood coffeeshop with about 10 stalls offering a mix of local & international favourites. Prices are typical for a heartland coffee shop — affordable & fair. Had a Kopi C for $1.50, which was nicely done.

Gems are: + Charsiew/roast pork rice $3.30 (BIG) + Curry noodles stall $5 + Liang Ji The Legendary CKT $5 + Japanese Bento sets $6 + Braised Pork Ribs Lamian $5.50, Wanton Lamian $4.50 - Hungry Boy Western. Chicken chop w 2 sides $7 - Horiginal Beef Noodles $5 - Often run out of tables/seats. Tip: look for the round ones at the end of the coffeeshop. - HOT and somewhat stuffy environment. Could be due to the many lights. - Parking available at Blk 78A MSCP, which connects directly to the coffeeshop via a Level 2 walkway.
