had the plain waffles twice and both times its good, soft on the inside and a slight crisp on outside. was hesitant to try at first due to the other reviews, but saw a long queue so decided to try. will continue to get waffles here when visiting SGH.

I am disappointed with my experience at Triplets by Bakery Cuisine (SGH) on 2 June 2026 at approximately 8:45 AM. The waffle served was extremely soggy and did not meet basic quality expectations. The queue number system installed at the outlet was also not being used, resulting in confusion and a lack of clear communication regarding the ordering process. When I sought clarification, the staff on duty responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. I also observed staff handling bakery items on her left arm with NO GLOVE ON, which raises concerns about food hygiene and food handling standards in a Hospital. I have submitted a complaint to Singapore Food Agency also regarding this unhygienic behavior. I hope management will investigate this incident and take appropriate action to improve food quality, customer service, and hygiene practices.

Probably one of the best waffles money can buy in Singapore! Waffles are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and very fragrant. I love getting the peanut butter ones. They also have a branch in KKH. One small feedback, please use your queue system for customers. I didn't know why the staffs don't give numbers to customers even though they have a queue system installed. Since they are always crowded, it's a mess when we are collecting our waffles.

The person preparing the waffle basically slam the waffle on the counter. Staff missed my order until I asked for mine, which is 3 numbers past. I ordered Ham and Cheese, advise is to skip this at this outlet. They basically just sandwich the ham n cheese only. Another outlets (centerpoint) I went to, had sealed the waffle with the fillings inside and is really good. Quite disappointing with the SGH outlet. I will definitely order the normal ones after this.
