Food from the Indonesian store was terrible. The portion size of the chicken from the honey grilled chicken was so pathetic, smaller than one third a portion of chicken you normally get from a usual chicken rice portion. Additionally, the chicken was skin was half burnt. All these for $8.50 which is a total rip off. I do not recommend anyone to eat from the Indonesian store.

Hidden Gem at National Heart Centre – nice cheap Kopi! Tucked away on the 2nd level of the National Heart Centre is a small but pleasant air-conditioned SG hawker – a real hidden gem. Outdoor seats also available. Super convenient to drop by after a doctor’s visit, especially if you're craving a good cup of kopi. The young chap manning the kopi stall really knows his stuff. He pulled off a strong, full-bodied kopi C with plenty of froth – looked and tasted amazing. You don’t often come across someone who takes that much pride in making kopi. Kudos to him – well done!

Ordered the chilli ban mian , it was too salty and the min I saw the disposable paper container and utensils, I regretted ordering. Just my personal opinion, why can’t they use the normal utensils and bowls like other stalls are doing. We are trying to save the earth and recycle. The lady was rude too, she was not doing anything , poor uncle kept collecting money and trying to juggle the cooking at the same time. Then she slowly came over to cook while talking to the young chap at the coffee stall. I ask for some soup she replied “no soup! Lao ban only have 1 kind of paper bowls”! What a shame ! No small bowls for soup from so called a “big organization!” I went over to the coffee stall to buy coffee, a lady came and ask if this is kopi tiam, can use the card ? they rudely reply kopi tiam closed down! Well… to my knowledge kopi tiam did not close down but acquired by a bigger organization. I think the staff could have be more tactful to reply “change management” or “SG hawker” took over this place.
