Really bad service in the evening. Went to the store at around 8pm yesterday and there were three employees. One significantly older staff was busy shouting while the cashier was really slow with one drink order, while allowing another customer to cut q without acknowledging that I have been waiting for my turn to order. Not my first time having an unpleasant order with this young cashier. Left the shop without ordering. Understand it was close to closing time and one of the staff was busy cleaning the area with soap, but there was literally a tub of edible ice beside it, made me uncomfortable too. Really hope the management look into this situation and hopefully train your staff better with better customer service attitude.

all time favorite flavour pancake is cheese, hazelnut royale, and truffle mushroom? idk if they still have it but i bought 5 get 1 free. also i love the beancurd with the peanut riceball. super soft and sweet blends well with beancut. the staff here is friendly and kind. :)

They have a SG60 promotion this month .$1.50 per cup on Saturday when you bring along your last receipt . Cool ! Read the previous review...... just order, pay, take & go lah ! 叽叽歪歪什么❓Not happy don't buy ! Kpkb for what ? Learn to deal with aging population my friends . Be clear & precise in your order don't play with your phone when ordering and talk properly to people. By the way you are supposed to greet seniors ..........communication is 2 ways !

I really dragged myself to buy in this branch but I had no choice because my hubby wants to eat beancurd and soya drink. Nothing wrong with the products but service from the staff which most of them are aunties especially one Malay aunty name halimah if I m not wrong. She never smile , never greet and never even say thank you. Whenever I ask some questions about the items , she sounds fierce from her tone of voice and impatient . I hope the management read this review, definitely there is room for improvement. If not ,I have to go to Tiong Bahru plaza branch ,their service is way better.

At 12:24pm, Aunt Goh, wearing glasses and serving at the counter, displayed a very bad attitude. I am utterly disappointed with the staff and the slow, unpleasant service at this outlet. I ordered a single soy milk (number one), and I pointed to it on the menu at the cashier. She mistakenly assumed I wanted the set meal, which was clearly different from the picture I indicated. I corrected her before making the payment, but she quickly flared up and argued with me, insisting that other items also qualified as number one. I was stunned by her reaction, as I had made my order very clear, and she seemed visibly unhappy about it. I do not recommend this place to others and will not return myself. I’ve given multiple chances despite past disappointments, but enough is enough. Others should be cautious before visiting this outlet.
