High end food (although priced to match) and a deep range of beers. The general theme is Eastern European fusion and there's a mix of German and Russian style dishes to choose from. All are done to an exceptional standard, although some of the pricing can feel quite punchy ($30 skewers are especially steep although they're clearly premium ingredients). The service was prompt and knowledgeable, coffee was great. Overall a very pleasant experience.
View on GoogleGreat food! Every dish was delicious and worth the calories! Authentic European flavours in a great location too. Highly recommend the smoked fish platter and Kaiserschmarrn dessert. Of course, friendly and efficient service. Will definitely be back to try more dishes!
View on GoogleWe have been to Eat Cetera several times since its opening, each time is a great surprise: excellent food with big portion, very friendly service and nice ambiance inside and outside... We especially enjoyed the Christmas set meal with roasted goose and potato dumplings; they were so good that we ordered another time to share with our friends. Besides, roasted pork shank, München sausages and potato pancakes are especially recommended !! They are to share for 2 pax but actually we could not even finish because the portion is really generous. Comparing to the quality and portion, the price is really a good deal.
View on GoogleBeen eyeing this for a while and finally got around to trying! Skewers & garlic bread are delicious; it’s not cheap but the meat is incredibly tender and well flavored. Outdoor seating area is pretty breezy which is nice. Staff was friendly & happy hour prices are decent. It’s right at the Redhill mrt station so convenience is a huge plus.
View on GoogleFood was pretty good on the whole. We completely fell in love with the Draniki (potato pancakes) - it was crispy and fragrant, and doesn’t feel greasy in your mouth at all. The garlic soup of the day was another pleasant surprise! As for the pork knuckle, despite the crispy skin, I found the meat slightly too tough. Also, although it’s stated for 2 persons, I think it’s best to only order if you come in a group of 3 or more. That portion size is huge! The mashed potato and sauerkraut on the side definitely stole some of the show. Surprisingly, the baked veggies was the worst dish on the table. Very under seasoned imo. Drinks are really worth it during happy hour (before 7pm) so do come early if possible. Finally, not sure what was up with the server but he asked us TWICE if we wanted the bill 😅 - once while we were literally still eating (albeit almost done with the food, but definitely not the drinks), and again when we were finished with the food but halfway through the drinks. Perhaps it’s just standard practice for the place lol but it can come across as trying to chase the customers out...
