Was quite amazed by The Fourth Gun Position—definitely wasn’t expecting to come across such well-preserved ruins hidden in the middle of lush greenery. The concrete structures, old steps, and gun emplacement layout give you a real sense of history and how the site was once used It’s quiet, atmospheric, and feels like a forgotten piece of Singapore’s past. Walking through the area, you can almost imagine what it must have been like back then
View on GoogleThis gun position is the biggest of them all. Unfortunately all the guns were removed. The information placard shows there was a 12 pounder and a 6 pounder positioned here. Safe travels, Mega.

View on GoogleIf you walk one round starting from the carpark, you'll definitely come across this within the first 5 minutes. Read the sign boards, come have a look, then you could zoom right by or choose to immerse yourself in the history of the place. You'll also pass by the 1892 storeroom, which has interesting stories behind it. Watch out for these things on your hike here!
