Probably our favourite sushi chain at the moment—not just because of the value for money and huge variety, but because the quality actually keeps up too. We ordered so much we eventually lost track, but a few dishes really stood out and are definite reorders for us. Aburi shoyu butter ebi sushi—the lightly torched prawn was already good on its own, but the buttery shoyu topping gave it an extra layer of richness that made it quite addictive. Seared flounder fin sushi. The perilla leaf sandwiched between the fish and rice added a really unique aroma and slight herbal freshness that balanced the richness nicely. Geso karaage—crispy, well battered and clearly fried upon order instead of sitting around getting soggy. Crunchy outside, nice chewy bites inside, and dangerously easy to keep snacking on. I also liked that some of their nigiri had the surface of the rice lightly torched. It’s a small detail, but the slight smokiness and slightly crisp texture added another layer that made the sushi feel a bit more thoughtful and elevated. Kids—and adults young at heart too— would probably enjoy the train conveyor concept the most. Watching the little “express train” deliver orders directly to the table somehow never gets old. Fun dining concept aside, Sushi Go manages to deliver food that’s genuinely enjoyable and easy to keep coming back for.
View on Googleexcellent service from Tarmini! very friendly & courteous, attended to our requests promptly — when one of our orders did not arrive for a while, she took the initiative to check back on us multiple times to ensure our order was served. food was great too! interesting & yummy variety
View on GoogleSushi-Go offers decent value for a quick sushi fix. The salmon sashimi was fresh and generously cut, while the aburi selections had a pleasant smoky finish. The fried items were served hot and crispy and the menu offered a good variety of choices. It may not be the finest sushi in town, but the quality is respectable, prices are reasonable and the overall experience was enjoyable. A solid option for casual dining.
View on GoogleI’m drooling doing this throwback post. I had this last year during my staycation at Hotel Ora. This was dinner peak hour and we managed to find the last available seat when we arrived. It’s my first visit to Sushi Go!! I previously only had experiences at Genki Sushi with very similar concepts. I find them each have their advantages and pros, and doing certain types of sushi well, better than the other. Overall I love this, definitely won’t be my last :)
View on GoogleSushi-Go is great! Tarmini took excellent care of us as our server. She greeted us with a smile and kindness. The sushi was also excellent! Many different unique varieties that I haven’t seen at other conveyor belt sushi places. The prices were good and the atmosphere was clean and bright. We will definitely come back again while visiting Singapore! 🇸🇬 🍣♥️
