Kitty and I recently attended a wedding at Summer Garden 悦之圜, which is a lovely restaurant located on the second level of Safra Mount Faber. The restaurant has two sections: one for the public and the other for private events. As my friend's wedding only required 20 tables, they partitioned off half of the hall. Guests had to walk through the public area to reach the wedding venue. The wedding venue was beautifully decorated, just as nice as a hotel setting. There were also a lot of lovely photo opportunities with various decor items. The venue had a good stage and sound system. The food was also quite good. We particularly enjoyed the steamed fish, which was delicious and fresh. We also loved the brand of red wine they served – it was smooth and very nice. You can actually see the brand in one of my pictures. However, the service was a bit lacking. Most of the waiters were older ladies, and they seemed to be part-time staff. I think there could have been more waiters. Unlike hotels where you might have one or two waiters for every two or three tables, at Summer Garden, I think it was more like one waiter to five tables. Overall, we had a good day, and my friend's wedding was a success. Thanks to the restaurant's arrangement and the coordination by the manager, everything went smoothly. I'd give this restaurant a 4-star rating. While the food was good and the venue itself was lovely, the service could use some improvement.

The venue boasts a good stage and sound system, making it ideal for weddings and other celebrations. There are also plenty of charming photo opportunities with various decor items. Service: While the venue itself is impressive, the service could use some improvement. We found that the staff, primarily older ladies, seemed to be part-time and perhaps understaffed. The ratio of waiters to tables felt a bit stretched compared to a hotel setting, which could lead to longer wait times or less attentive service. Food: The food at Summer Garden was quite good. We particularly enjoyed the steamed fish, which was fresh and flavorful. The red wine served was also a highlight, smooth and delicious. (You can see the brand in your pictures!) What Could Be Improved: • Service: The service could be more attentive and efficient, perhaps with a higher ratio of waiters to tables. Overall: We had a pleasant experience at Summer Garden, and the wedding was a success. The beautiful venue and good food make it a suitable choice for special occasions. However, the service could be improved to match the overall quality of the restaurant. Rating: 4 out of 5 stars.

🌳 Summer Garden 悦之圜 🟨 2 Telok Blangah Way, #02-05 SAFRA Mount Faber Club, Singapore 098803 ✳️ Several years ago, my husband, myself and family members were at Summer Garden attending a lovely wedding banquet of the son of our elder cousin. 🟠 The banquet dishes were all from a vegetarian menu. 🟩 Every dish you see in my photos is actually a vegetarian meal made using gluten, tofu, soy beans, flour and other non-dairy products. 🟫 Taste-wise = very good quality dishes with lots of umami. The dishes may be vegetarian, but they are not bland. ✅️ Every effort was made to re-create a vegetarian dish that tasted much like meat and its texture. 🟨 Service-wise = This Chinese restaurant is under the Qianxi Group, I was told. The banquet staff were attentive and professional in every capacity. 💙 All in all, it was a pleasant experience dining in a Summer Garden's wedding banquet. I was told the prices per table is also very reasonable.

We were delighted with our experience at Summer Garden Restaurant for our Charity Gala Dinner on 30th August 2024. The venue, ambience, food and service of the restaurant were great. We held our wedding lunch banquet at Summer Garden, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The food was excellent, every dish was delicious, and the service team, especially the manager Xiu Ping was extremely attentive and professional. Our family members and guests all loved it — many complimented the food and the warm atmosphere right after the banquet. What impressed us even more was how well the team coordinated everything. They helped ensure our entire program stayed perfectly on time, making the whole event smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Summer Garden, for making our big day so memorable!
