Very disappointed to find out only after reaching home that the fried egg was missing from my takeaway chicken cutlet set. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience with this outlet. In a previous Grab delivery order, the curry was also missing. I hope the outlet will take steps to improve on this, thank you.

The store has been relocated just opposite its original site, and has undergone renovation. In terms of food quality, it is acceptable. Nevertheless, the serving portions are small. On the positive side, the prices are reasonable. About 7 to 8$ The noodles were commendable, and the flavor was acceptable. The claypot rice was underwhelming due to the limited meat, stone hard salted egg and dry texture and lack of flavor of the rice. Nonetheless, the shop is suitable for a quick bite due to its fast serving time, although the service is somewhat disappointing.

Our family’s all-time favourite is the Chicken Cutlet Set. The portion is generous and very filling. The chicken is perfectly fried, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, giving a satisfying contrast in every bite. The mildly spicy curry sauce, with a hint of sweetness, pairs wonderfully with both the rice and the cutlet. Best of all, the price is budget-friendly, which is especially appreciated for a family with five children.

Terrible experience ever. We had our quick lunch at Encik Tan on 16 Feb 2025. Ordered our usual meal chicken cutlet curry rice. Guess what i saw on my cabbage. This show how much they don’t care the food they prepared. Despite the most busy mall in the area, the flooring is dirty does not give an enjoyable experience i had so far at other stores.

Cheap Halal Food option in Singapore. While taste might not be the best but the portion ia very filling and worth the price.
