Thai Sauce Tofu Brown Rice from E Veg at Vivo City 🍚🍚 Wanted to get something abit more out of the blue so decided to try one of the Thai Sauce dishes, I love tofu so there we go 🤩 Tofu was crispy, sweet and slightly spicy, a delightful blend for my taste buds 😋 This place is fully vegetarian with no alliums and doesn’t seem like it has egg. For my vegans, please check with the stall owner before getting anything. 👍 Conveniently located in Vivo City Basement 2, right outside Harbourfront MRT (CC29). Highly recommended for tourists craving for local cuisines and vegetarians around the area ☺️
View on GoogleVery delicious vegetarian food! 🌱 The auntie was incredibly friendly and warm, and she went out of her way to make sure I had a good variety of vegetarian options. Really appreciated the care and hospitality. Highly recommended! 😊
View on GoogleVisited on a Sunday evening. There was only one uncle managing the stall, which likely explained the 20mins wait for my food. Unfortunately, the meal was a disappointment. The rice and sides were served cold. The deep-fried mock chicken was the only hot item, but it was excessively greasy, to the point where visible oil could be pressed out of it. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the chicken rice here.
View on GoogleFood was crazy expensive. I only got white rice, and 2 vegetables (tofu tempeh french beans and lady fingers) and it costed $5.80!!! The other day I got 2 veggies 1 mock meat for 8.90!!! They didn't allow buying of just 1 veggie, 2 veggies minimum. Completely not worth the price. At this price point, it's better to go to the other vegetarian place in vivo city, which has better food, better portions and a restaurant setting.
View on GoogleFood is good. Portion size is a bit disappointing. Good find for vegetarians. I had the olive fried rice. It's good, but s bit expensive compared to the quantity they serve
