This museum is very unique as you take a cargo elevator to different parts of the gallery. The location is interesting as well as it doesn't look like a museum but a warehouse with the entrance being in the back docking area. Nonetheless once you go in the museum vibes are there with a cafe and merch for sale.

A visual treat for your senses. Interesting story telling by international and local artists. Massive space to appreciate creative works in uncluttered and unhurried manner. Some paid and some free exhibits. Ample parking and many great photo-taking spots.

Absolutely loved my visit to the Singapore Art Museum. The staff were very friendly and the whole museum experience felt very welcoming. The Indonesia exhibition was honestly amazing. Heavy, confronting and super interesting at the same time. It looks at palm oil, nickel mining, plantations and the hidden costs of extraction in Indonesia in such a strong way. Visually beautiful, but also really thought-provoking. One of the best exhibitions I’ve seen in a while and definitely worth seeing.

Brought kids there for a weekend activities. They had wonderful time. Been there a few times with different activities. Highly recommended to join their workshops. Just that toilet is far and inconvenient if you bring opposite sex kids and lack of seats outside the museum.

We paid ten dollars for three exhibitions. The building looks very commercial but use the lift to go to level 4. There s no train station nearby but only bus stop. It s amazing and I think you should visit it.
