Salted Egg Rice Luxuriously smooth salted egg sauce made in-house using real salted duck egg yolks. Coating perfectly fried chicken, pork, fish or prawn, nestled upon a bed of warm fragrant rice. Combined with curry leaves and chilli padi to deliver an umami kick.

This hidden gem in Kampong Bahru offers something for everyone! We tried the Thai Basil Pork, Boneless Crispy Chicken Thigh, and Kailan, and each dish truly stood out. Even the simple Kailan was exceptional! Lunch time is usually packed, so I would recommend coming by during dinner or late lunch for a more cozy experience. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

Was out for solo lunch from office recently. Walked out to Kampung Bahru Road. Walked the row of shops and decided to try this place I haven't went before. There was a long queue to buy food. I stared at the menu on the wall for long enough. Decided to get a curry pork rice with fried egg and a coffee with milk and they cost $8.40. Got the coffee and went to a table but waited a long time. The next table before me had 5 people. Two finished eating, one was still eating and the food for two others were still not ready. There was time when there was no queue but the tables were all occupied and many were waiting. Over all, the curry pork was bit spicy but not too spicy. The fried egg was bit cold so it probably wasn't freshly fried. Anyway, because they are using styrofoam plate, I'd probably not go back as much.

this review is for their salted egg chicken rice. 4.5 stars, def worth a try! they give a good portion of chicken, topped with creamy salted egg sauce that's more on the sweeter side. the chicken itself is juicy, with curry leaves. they also give too much rice haha i asked for less rice but still a lot. i like to pair my meal with their pickled chilli garlic sauce! the sharpness of it is vey nice. as a hospital staff i get 10% off too so my meal was $7.11. would eat again!

Had the fish soup and it was very nice! Place was very crowded so best to either have an early or late lunch to enjoy the comfortable vibes.

Wow they revamp their menu with interesting combos that will suit most. Curry chicken rice with veg and egg a quick lunch option as well. Nice.
