This place was where I was stayed 40years ago, after so many years and first time step into this store as we have specially organised this gathering here. They have prepared different kinds of pastries & breads. Some of them are common that we could find from others shop but they do putting some effect to create their own creation. So far we like the tart as it still crispy on it base even after putting the topping. Their croissant was OK and don't find any special, we got no chance to try their cake, so can't common much. Staffs are friendly and the service was good.

They are freshly made I’m guessing! We had their popular calamansi & charlotte tart! The calamansi was a abit sour but nonetheless yummy! The orange bread was filled with a creamy custard filing very delicious too! 😍 Definitely give it a try when your ard the corner! Price is reasonable! The lady serving us, didn’t get her name was single handedly running the counter and serving the customers! She was very patient and kind & always smiling! ☺️👍🏻
View on GoogleWas planing to checkin another cafe, but chanced upon to stop by. It’s a very nice small cafe, served a variety to pastry. Ordered salmon bagel and a hot late. The latte is very nice, thick with strong aroma. The mini croissant served with latte balanced the sweetness and bitterness well. Bagel is quite firm, so not by favorite. The salad is very fresh. Still recommend if stay nearby. Next time would try their pastries.
View on GoogleOn a delightful morning in Singapore, during the summer season, I ventured into the charming district around Blair Road to discover a hidden gem called Dolç Patisserie. As a food enthusiast and self-proclaimed sweet tooth, I couldn't resist the allure of this cozy coffee shop with a pastry counter. Blair Road, located in the heart of Singapore, is a vibrant neighborhood known for its unique blend of old-world charm and modern appeal. The district is dotted with beautifully preserved shophouses that showcase the city's rich heritage. Walking along the quaint streets, one can find a variety of eclectic shops, art galleries, and cozy eateries, creating a delightful atmosphere for exploration. Amongst this lively neighborhood, Dolç Patisserie stands out as a sweet haven for indulgence. Nestled on Kampong Bahru Road, this charming coffee shop offers respite from the bustling city streets. Its location is ideal for locals and visitors alike, with its proximity to other attractions such as parks, museums, and cultural sites. After a leisurely stroll through the nearby Telok Ayer Green or the bustling Chinatown district, Dolç Patisserie presents the perfect spot to relax and satisfy your cravings. Upon entering Dolç Patisserie, the bright and cheerful interiors immediately caught my attention. The space, although not large, was thoughtfully designed with wooden accents and a warm ambiance. With around 20 seats, the coffee shop exuded an intimate and inviting atmosphere. The centerpiece of Dolç Patisserie was undoubtedly their dessert counter, which showcased an array of tantalizing treats. My eyes were drawn to the vibrant matcha cheese slice, and I couldn't resist indulging in this visual delight. The slice boasted a white crunchy chocolate shell encasing a velvety green matcha cream. A delicate violet-colored flower delicately crowned the creation, adding an elegant touch. Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors, with the creamy matcha cheese melting in my mouth. To accompany my sweet indulgence, I ordered an Oat milk latte. The barista skillfully crafted the coffee with a fruity twist, lending a refreshing and unique taste to the familiar latte experience. The oat milk provided a creamy and velvety texture, complementing the fruity undertones of the coffee perfectly. It was a delightful combination that left me craving more. As I savored the matcha cheese slice and savored the flavorful Oat milk latte, I couldn't help but appreciate the attention to detail that Dolç Patisserie displayed. It was evident that the team behind the counter had a genuine passion for their craft, as each bite and sip brought a moment of pure joy. The cozy atmosphere further enhanced the overall experience, creating a space where one could unwind and indulge. In terms of cost, my late breakfast at Dolç Patisserie amounted to SGD15, which felt reasonable considering the quality and presentation of the desserts, as well as the overall experience. Dolç Patisserie offers an affordable taste of elegance, making it an accessible treat for those looking to satisfy their sweet cravings without breaking the bank. In conclusion, Dolç Patisserie in the heart of Blair Road offers a delightful escape from the bustling city. Its cozy ambiance, visually appealing desserts, and delightful coffee creations make it a hidden gem worth discovering. Whether you're a local resident or a traveler exploring Singapore, make sure to carve out some time to indulge in the sweet treats and cozy vibes that Dolç Patisserie has to offer.
View on GoogleCame for a coffee break and ordered assorted types of artisanal pastries to pair with our coffee. The coffee was good, the Houjicha Pear and Matcha White Chocolate Cheesecake were outstanding except the danish was hard, almost became crispy. The setup is simple and unassuming, overall it is still a pleasant experience to have my coffee break here.
