This is, without a doubt, one of the best Bak Kut Teh restaurants in Singapore. It’s a favorite among local Singaporeans and even celebrities. As a tourist, I make it a point to eat here every single time I visit Singapore. The restaurant is easy to get to, but it’s not located in a tourist area, so very few visitors know about it. To be honest, I’d almost rather keep it that way! These days, I have to queue every time I come—but thankfully, the wait is never too long. The food is absolutely worth it.

The meat was soft and tender, could almost fall off the bone, and the soup is very clear and not overly filling unlike most other bak kuh teh. Hard to find good ice lemon tea nowadays but this one is pretty great as well. Aircon and clean as well. Glad to finally come back after years. Definitely would recommend.

Very wonderful meals we (my husband & I) had today. We took the MRT and from Havelock MRT (Exit 3), we walked to Ya Hua Bkt Eating House at Isetan Building. The soup is free flow and serve hot as other reviews mentioned, without asking. Service is Top Notch. Best BKT in Singapore. Also, they accept Alipay which is so convenient. Feeling blessed with such operators and staff. They truly give their BEST! Thank you for your service, taking gd care of your customers. My daughter brought us here long ago. Now that we are here, we tried coming on our own.

Forgot to take pic and videos as we gobbled all up. Has been a while since i return and was yearning for their bak kut teh. The meat option at $10.90 was surprisingly good. No need to get the spare rib version. You get more meat. Lady boss was very friendly. Support! They moving to new airconed place next year. Support this old establishment here for now!

One of the best local Bak Kut Teh, within walking distance from Havelock MRT Exit 5. Peppery Soup Base with tender meat, good to go with their homemade warm and crispy you tiao and Braised Intestine (no smelly taste at all!). You can opt for refreshing Seaweed and Mushroom Soup as well. Though we only ordered 1 premium ribs, the staffs were kind enough to give another bowl of soup which also topped up when the mains is refilled.
