Tucked away at the corner of a flat, Sin Lee was rated as one of the best cafes in Singapore. Selection of food is interesting and they some dishes have flavours influence from local Singaporean cuisines into western dishes. Not the best coffee in town, but the food is definitely a must try. Place is usually packed, hence reservation is best.

Decent food but on the pricey side. Avoid sitting below the fan at the podium, staff couldnt control the speed of the fan and it is really cold, makes your food cold too fast.

Parking is pretty easy. Small place. Food is very interesting. Taste quite good as well.

Awful Ambiance, not worth the visit. We were seated next to a half open bare restroom (toilet). It made the eating experience unpleasant. Outside, there are people smoking in a nearby seating area, shirtless (lounging). Stray cats around. The place only accepts cash and NETS. Service water is not available. Our group tried the salted egg sweet potato fries, spam fries, rice bowls, and chicken and waffle and some drinks. All these reached $100++. It is a nice concept but still needs a lot of improvement. For the travel time and the price, I wouldn't recommend exerting an effort. But if youre still an adventurous kind, make sure to make a reservation. There was a heated argument about seating between a waiter and a customer when we went.

We arrived at 12:45p, and finished at 2pm. Not because we ordered a lot.. but because each dish would come out 30 minutes after the other. The place was full but no queue outside. For the prices, I would expect faster service.. also, a pet peeve of mine are restaurants who do not serve free tap water. Along with our long blacks, we had to buy $4 worth of bottled.water because they do not serve water. For the price of the food, you'd think water is okay to give for free.. Food is 3.5 out of 5, service and speed a 1.5.
