First time trying out their chicken rice. The rice is not oily, chicken is soft and boneless, I like the way it was presented with no heavy seasonings. The beansprouts and cold tofu are delicious pairing sides. Highly recommended!

Overall TakeAWAY experience is good. Took the 100+ steps stairs from Leng Kee Road to the restaurant that cut-thru a scenic park that oversee the washing bay of Borneo Motors. Senior uncle is very friendly and shared the restaurant is closed on FRIDAY. Ordered a pack of $2 and a pack of $3.80 chicken rice to differentiate the quantity. $2 pack came with 5-pieces of chicken breast meat and a small portion of rice as seen. Good proportion if you are NOT too hungry. Happy with the Chicken Rice ! The black enamel sauce, and red chilli sauce are very old school style (LUV it). 古早味。 Will come back and dine at this ULU OLD school Chicken Rice stall soon !!!

Old school setup blast from the past kind. The chicken is very tender yet maintains a certain level of springiness in the bite test, not those that gets squashed kind. Would say it's much tastier in terms of the old school homemade taste, and is definitely worth a visit to try if you are sick of run of the mill chicken rice in Singapore. Old school couple hidden behind the store price list can't even find them until I peeked in to order. Very affordable and this is legit a hidden kampung style themed food place in Singapore. Was recommended by an overseas Indian who travelled here just to eat it!! So I'm sold!

Tucked in a corner away in a very quiet neighborhood. It seems I've time traveled back to the 80s. The taste of their chicken rice is of the usual standard you get where else in Singapore. If I come here to dine again, it'll be for the tranquility of this old neighborhood.
