Really enjoyed my visit to Carrara Cafe. The place has a nice atmosphere, and the food was good. I had the salmon rösti, which was crispy and cooked exactly how it should be. Definitely a highlight of the meal. For dessert, I tried the pear sorbet and Thai milk tea ice cream. The pear sorbet was tasty, though it was a little thicker and less light than I expected. The Thai milk tea ice cream was amazing, rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Service was fast and efficient throughout. Overall, a great spot for good food and dessert. I’d definitely come back.

Came here with my family and we really loved the food! Rosti with Salad and Smoked salmon: The rosti was crispy and it didn't feel greasy and oily. The smoked salmon with sour cream brings out the fresh and cooling taste of the salad while cutting out the saltiness of the rosti. Feels great! We also had pasta, duck confit, aligot, brownies and hot chocolate! The brownie was not that sweet but really fudgy, we devoured it so fast haha Everything is not that sweet, not that salty or oily and in general just a good blend! We would come here again, for the vibes and for the good food!

Updates: Duck confit is so amazing, I loved the sauce and potato and orange bits that came with it! Milk and honey ice cream pretty good, but don't recommend banana biscoff as it tasted quire artificial. We came across this cafe at Alexandra and got attracted by the ice cream flavours and the rosti menu. Everything we ordered was really good! Higt recommend the hot chocolate (thick and creamy, one of the best I've tried), rosti (crispy and satisfying) and the mushroom soup (thick and creamy again). The tomyum pasta was more soso to me. We didn't have much stomach space left so we only managed one scoop of ice cream & blue pea lemongrass pandan which was tasty and refreshing. Would come again!

Excellent dining experience as Carrara. Best chilli crab pasta I have eaten thus far. Generous portions of seafood and great taste. Mango peach drink was flavorful. Homemade waffle with gelato were of cafe quality and did not disappoint. - Sicilian Pistachio - Earl Grey Lavender

Been wanting to come here cause my husband has been dying to try the food😝 Finally came spontaneously after appointment (nearby SGH) food was so good, pasta yummy, rosti was crisp and flavoured to perfection. Sausage quality almost gourmet standard. Can't wait to come back! P.S chocolate drink lovers, pls order their ice chocolate. only manage to take the after food pictures 🤭
