Our specialty hotpot BIJIN NABE 美人鍋 is made only from the best chicken soup found in Miyazaki prefecture in Japan. The rich and flavorful soup is created by slowly stewing the chicken bones for more that 8 hours, letting all of the nutrition melt in.

Tsukada Nojo is a true gem for anyone who loves hot pot. The Bijin Nabe is rich, gelatinous, and perfectly balanced—mild yet flavorful. It had a unique touch—it was almost like drinking piping hot, savory liquid ice cream. The White Miso Soy Milk broth was also heartier than your typical version and paired brilliantly with everything on the table, especially the veggies. The Chicken Nanban Spicy was tender and decent, but not as outstanding as the Bijin Nabe. The real star is the high-quality ingredients. Totally worth it. Soup refill one time only. Will definitely keep coming back!

Thick and rich collagen soup, with one free refill of the base included in the price. Original was nice, and the tomato was good to have a different taste but could be more flavourful. Good quality veges and meat, but they don't provide any condiments/chilli which was a major disappointment. However, the surprising hit was the Chicken Nanban which was so delicious! Atmosphere-wise, not sure if the air conditioner wasn't working or something, as we felt pretty warm after some time.

Came here for their signature Bijin Nabe, and overall it was a satisfying and comforting hotpot experience. The chicken collagen broth is the highlight — rich, silky and clean-tasting without being overly greasy. You can really tell it’s been simmered properly, and it becomes more flavourful as the ingredients cook. The white fish and prawns were fresh, sweet and cooked beautifully in the broth. The mushroom platter was generous and well-selected, adding natural umami depth to the soup. I also liked the option to add beauty noodles at the end — light, springy, and a good way to soak up the remaining broth without feeling too heavy. Portions were adequate for sharing, and the meal felt balanced rather than indulgent. The restaurant itself is bright and comfortable, though it can get quite busy during peak hours, which makes the space a bit noisy. Service was generally attentive, but timing between items could be smoother when the restaurant is full. Pricing is on the higher side for hotpot, but understandable given the quality of ingredients and concept. Overall, a solid choice for Japanese-style collagen hotpot — comforting, well-executed, and ideal for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Would return, especially when craving a nourishing broth.

Food was amazing! Love the spicy collagen soup! Had to queue on a Sunday night but the soup was really amazing and worth it! Better than Haidilao! There Is a complimentary one time refill for the soup. Their fish is really fresh and tasty! 😋 recommended for gathering!

Tbh I’m quite impressed with Tsukada Nojo! I’ve been wanting to try so I went on a weekday lunch for their lunch item - ramen! They use the same broth as they do in the hotpot, so you can get to try it without having to order a whole hotpot menu. There’s 4 types of broths to choose from and 3 types of noodles. The signature shio broth is a must try! It’s rich and flavorful, without being too heavy/gelat. I really enjoyed this one and finished almost all the soup. We also tried the spicy one but I found that the chili covered the yummy taste of the collagen broth. The noodles also comes with a plate of ingredients! Ramen egg was good, but what impressed me was the chicken! It’s actually served slightly chilled, but I rly enjoyed it. It’s lean meat but marinated so well. Super flavorful! Not fatty but still tender enough to eat! The lunch set $1 add on is a must get! Onigiri was rly good! Flavorful and served hot! Overall, we were really happy with this meal! Would return again!!
