Staff kept pressuring us to order before we even had time to look at the menu properly. The menu didn’t clearly show the prices and instead of explaining the cost the staff just pushed us to make our order. We were led to believe it would be around $10 to 20 per person, but the final bill came up to $62, which was a very unpleasant surprise. The food was disappointing as well. The meat was acceptable at best but definitely not high quality, especially for the price. Everything else tasted poor and wasn’t worth ordering. Between the lack of price transparency, the pushy service, and the underwhelming food quality, this was not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very yummy food at affordable prices. Fresh ingredients. Lots of 酱料 to choose from and mix. Although the ingredients are so fresh and their soup bases so tasty, the meat taste very nice even on their own. Staff are attentive and proactive in serving you. I like the 麻辣 and tomato soup bases. Highly recommended!

Take away their mala pot set. Lvl1 is already very spicy. I wish they can don't put so much chilli oil. Overall good 👍

Service was quite good. Got a bit of crowd arnd 6-7pm but the service was still very good. SLF hotpot is considered quite good and cheap (compared to hdl). The menu range from $9.9 to $16++ for single pax hotpot or $40-$60++ for 2-4 pax hotpot. We ordered two single pax hotpot and they gave a free portion of meat so it was quite worth it. Their own hand pulled noodle is very chewy. Sauce, drinks and ice cream is free flow for $1.50++ per pax (everyone need to add, it’s compulsory) but it’s actually quite worth it. The sauce range is actually quite big. Sadly the ice cream tasted very watery with a very fake taste (taste like no milk, only water and flavouring) but other than that the hotpot is really good. Recommend the pork bone broth!! Portion might look small but actually is big. Got promo if come 230-530 but I forgot which promo🤣. For students got $8.80/$9.90++ malatang so actually quite worth also.
