I had a really pleasant experience thanks to Marlini and the uncle at the cashier. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We only bought a slice of cake, but they still went the extra mile and took the initiative to decorate it with a lovely drawing for us. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we truly didn’t expect. The drawing was beautifully done and showed how much care and effort they put into making every customer’s experience special, no matter how small the order was. Their warm smiles, excellent service, and genuine kindness really stood out. It’s staff like Marlini and the cashier uncle who make customers want to come back again. Came here on 19th July 2026 at 7:50pm Was served by staff Marlini with a warm smile. She went the extra mile to help us take group photo and even remember what I wanted for my takeaway that I wanted to order after my meal, which is the Signature Breakfast and Chamomile Cake. She’s thoughtful enough to ask on whether if I want the hot tea or just the teabag, so I can brew it at home hot. Thank you for making this dinner a pleasant experience.

My first time at Rocky Master and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. Marlini explained the current promotions and patiently helped us apply for the grab dine-in and Mastercard offers. She even came over to check on us and offered a sofa seat that became available after another customer left. When we declined she joined another table so we could dine comfortably. I was impressed when she thoughtfully turned my chair around to put my handbag. 👍 Food portion is great for the price as well. Cafe is clean and not freezing like most places.

Had a wonderful lunch on a Saturday. Mushroom chicken chop was good, chicken was well-seasoned and fries were hot & crisp. Special thanks to Marlini and team for making our time enjoyable!

One of staff, Maria was very attentive to me and my daughter. She noticed that we didnt order any drinks and have extra plate. So she gave both me and my daughter, iced water (perfect for my daughter), warm water, (perfect for my throat) and a plate for us to me comfortable. Thank you so much. The burger was well prepared and delicious. We love everything about this place!
