Restaurant definitely need to work on their food quality, pricing and staff training. We booked a private room via Chope website. Was contacted by staff to make a deposit of SGD200 and was informed about minimum spent. Restaurant sent me a QR code which was unrecognisable by my bank app on first few scan. Had to request Restaurant to resend another QR code for the deposit payment and UEN. PayNow QR made me doubt Restaurant identity at first cos it only say PG-TP. Seriously? Came in for our reservation on a Sat evening and was kinda rushed to order (though I was waiting for my entire entourage to arrive) cos they were concerned they cannot deliver food on time as I was informed it will be long waiting time of at least 40 min because they are running a buffet on the same evening. Service staff was not attentive enough to our needs as we had to go out of the room on several occasions to highlight our requests. Plates and bowls were also changed half way and waitress was gone. Soup was super salty and we couldn't drink it. Staff was apolotgetic after we gave feedback and a new round was served. Fish was on the tough side... for that price, nearly SGD400 for that fish, it was definitely not worth it. All other dishes were really so-so. None of the dish is one I'd rave about nor go back for it. Sad. Tea charge was as most Chinese restaurant, unreasonably high, SGD5 per pax. Wet tissue was also charged at SGD1 a piece. If you can, bring your own pack, there will be more than sufficient. We celebrated a birthday at the end of the dinner. Service staff was almost nowhere to be found. Buns were nicely displayed but our cake was simply placed at the counter in our room. Not nicely displayed for us on any large plate. We had to help ourselves to the small plates and opened the drawers to find small forks to use. Oh yes, don't bother asking the staff to help take any photos. They just snap away without warnings and photos turned out disastrous. Overall, it was super disappointing. For the price we paid for the food and service (~SGD200 per pax), I am certain we could have had it much much better else where. Don't think I'll be back here again. Sorry.
View on GoogleHad a meal at Peach Garden recently. The food was good overall and the dishes were nicely prepared. Service and ambience were decent as well, making it suitable for family gatherings or special occasions. However, even after the 40% discount, the bill still felt a little pricey for the portion and overall experience. Quality is there, but value for money could be better. Still an enjoyable dining experience if you’re looking for Chinese cuisine in a comfortable setting.
View on GoogleI'm usually not a buffet person as I don't eat much but if you have +/-$35 to spare and minimally 4 kakis to makan together, look no further than the Peach Garden zi char buffet dinner!! There's everything for everyone of all age groups. Dishes were served in timely manner, we managed to order 2 rounds of meals and 1 round of dessert within 60 mins or so. Even though the staff was operating on a tight schedule, they managed to impress us with their friendly personalities and gentle reminders on how best to maximize our food orders. While I won't be going for another buffet session anytime soon, I do know that it's definitely one of the go-to buffet events for sure 😃
View on GooglePeach Garden is our family's favourite dim sum restaurant. We love gathering here to enjoy delicious dishes like har gow, siew mai, char siew bao, and egg tarts. The food is always fresh, the service is warm, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Every visit creates wonderful memories, making Peach Garden our go-to place for family meals and special occasions.
View on GoogleVisited: Peach Garden, Thomson Plaza Date & Time: 11 July 2026, around 6:00 PM I had a very disappointing experience at the Thomson Plaza outlet. We ordered a whole duck under the dine-in promotion. When we couldn’t finish it and asked to pack the leftovers home, we were told that, due to the promotion, any remaining duck had to be thrown away and could not be taken away. The staff explained that this was Peach Garden’s policy. I find this extremely unreasonable. This wasn’t a buffet—it was an à la carte order that we had paid for. Being forced to waste perfectly good food makes no sense, especially when food waste is such an important issue. I’ve been a regular customer of Peach Garden for years, but this experience has completely changed my impression of the brand. A policy that requires edible food to be thrown away instead of allowing paying customers to take it home is disappointing and difficult to understand. I hope the management reviews this policy. Until then, I won’t be returning, and I hope other diners are made aware of this rule before ordering the promotion.
