Came away satisfied after dinner at Omote @ Thomson Plaza. The ordering system was fast and efficient via QR code scanning — pretty much the norm at many restaurants nowadays. The chirashi bowl was excellent and felt like great value for money. The sushi rolls were enjoyable too, and the udon paired with a large shrimp tempura was satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant dining environment. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but still acceptable considering the food quality and overall experience.

The food here is of good quality for this price range. The quantity of food served was sufficient and we felt very full after the meal. We would have liked it more if the dipping sauce for chirashi bowl did not contain wasabi as we personally do not prefer the taste of wasabi/horseradish. The udon was quite mild at first, then it was really spicy as you continue eating it. The size of the superstar lobster roll was really small so we felt a little surprised by that. I recommend making a reservation first especially during the weekends.

Second time coming to this restaurant for the huge chirashi don it is known for after close to two years. I had the Salmon Booster Chirashi, which arrived piled high with generous, thick-cut pieces of salmon. The fish was incredibly fresh, and a subtle touch of wasabi provided a delightful, flavorful punch. The rice was somewhat underwhelming though as a bit too wet. Overall this is as close to the Otaru seafood donburi with its generous amount of seafood such as sea urchin, salmon egg, crab meat.

Food consistently good. Chirashi bowl very fresh. Children love the chawamushi too. Good service by the staff although they were very busy at the peak period.

Sashimi paradise with a cute vibrant atmosphere! We got salmon booster & grilled unagi chirashi bowls + dynamite shrimps as our side! All were well executed with lots of sashimi! Not a fan of the wasabi sauce on the rice but thankfully it wasn't that strong. Also, we wanted to try the mountain sashimi bowl but was informed that it was not available. :( Recommended to make reservations for weekends, we did a walk-in at 7pm and had to join the queue to wait a little. It's a great treat after all! :)
