Ordered Kopi C siew dai for $1.60, the coffee is quite sourish and needs more evaporated milk. Overall, this coffeeshop hosts quite a variety of stalls and ventilation is good. However, majority of the crowd is here for Hup Seng duck rice!

+ Competition with other nearby coffeeshops (Blk 22 HDB Sin Ming Ville, Sin Ming Autocity) keeps it on its toes. + Food quality, portion and prices are reasonable. There's also quite a few famous heritage stalls: = Hup Seng Duck Rice (long queue) = Traditional Hokkien Prawn Noodles (Soup/ Dry, i.e. both Fried HKM ($5,6) AND prawn noodle soup/dry ($4,5)) = Fishball noodles ($3.50) = Xin Ming Road Ba Ku Teh pork rib soup ($8) + rice (70 cents) = Sembawang Indonesian Food = Tokman Al-Kautsar @Sin Ming (Muslim-owned) = Mun Cun Cheng Hainanese Chicken Rice ($4) = Yong Fa Guangzhou Roasted Delights (fr $4) = Old Beijing Hotpot Fish Head = Gim Seng Heng Seafood Restaurant - Drink prices are higher than normal. Ice Lemon Tea is $1.80! = It may be hot outside during the day, but the high ceiling and fans help. - Parking is almost impossible here, with cars double-parked along the food centre's wide entrance. Better to park at the URA carparks nearby. But some of these URA carparks have no ERP entrance barrier, and the summon wardens are very on the ball. If you're late by just 3 minutes to start payment in the Parking app, they'll issue the summon already.

This Curry Mee is an absolute showstopper! The broth is rich, thick, and perfectly seasoned with a spicy kick. It features incredibly generous toppings, including delicious char siew, tender braised pork, and spongy tau pok that soak up the fiery gravy. Pure comfort food bliss!

Many foods stalls available at this food centre. Some of the food stalls operating here were quite famous and popular. Food centre atmosphere was airy and ventilation was good thanks to the giant ceiling fan. Car parking can be quite challenging during the weekdays meal time. The duck rice was good.

Clean and moderate noise level. Huge and enough fans to keep the heat down.
