The ramen feels a bit ordinary to me. I think it would be much better if it were served hotter. The soup was only warm, and I feel that a higher temperature would elevate the flavour quite a lot. The prawn ramen is quite unique, although the flavour tastes a little Chinese-style to me. The pork cutlet is indeed very good. It is thick, but not dry at all, and the meat tastes really nice.

Visited Hajime with a few friends. Tried the dry ramen. The ramen was very well presented, already looked appetizing the moment it arrived to my table. The overall taste indeed did not disappoint! The tempuras were very crisp. The ramen was cooked aldente and flavourful. Highly recommended :)

First time eating here, the food is nice and fresh. Good value as well. Their miso soup has yuzu, which is unique and flavorful. Service is good as well. Just a small improvement, the hot green tea could be served hotter, it was lukewarm. But it could be because we went there during an off-peak hour. 🍣🍜

Ordered the Premium Loin and Ebi set, the meat was cooked perfectly crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. The prawns were also succulent. Added on the Nagoya Miso sauce which was unique with the smoky flavor and matches well with the tonkatsu. Had the gyoza and the filling was juicy. The service was great as the staff attended to our requests swiftly. Bonus as we were lucky to meet Chef Tan during our dinner and he was very friendly. Highly recommended to go for your meals.

It's such a great feeling to find the exact meal that satisfied the craving that I had the whole day. Today it was the Classic Shoyu Ramen for me. It was savoury heaven! My husband had a premium pork loin set - it was tasty but not as satisfying. Overall we are definitely going to return for more!
