Will not recommend for breakfast here, the staff is useless and unhygienic. Don't know how to serve the customer. He sit touch his legs and feets, then never was hands and prepare meals.🤢🤢🤢 Very surprised by me that this is Singapore. Now I know why the shop is quite ...and the shop before it is busy.

Nasi Padang in the 💕 heart 💚 of Jln Pemimpin Road is gem 💎 👌 on Monday quiet day maybe due to rain 🌧️ but surprisingly the queue on Wednesday or weekdays was superb hot 🔥 super friendly service from the lady at the counter but pity her one man show handling dine in order from the phone. Lontong was almost missed out if you don’t go to the counter as other order rice instead is faster 😅

This is a small kopitiam with a drink stall, chicken rice stall, kampong sedap (indian muslim), bistro sedap (western), and mini wok. My observations: not exactly wheelchair accessible because you need to climb stairs up. Can get quit hot during lunchtime cause the sun shines into the sitting areas, but the fans make it better. Friendly and nice staff! I see them working together well and they were helpful to me. I also see them cooking a lot of food for bentos. My chicken chop ($5.50) is kinda small with a massive side of rice and baked beans. The chicken itself isn't super tasty or anything, just meh. I appreciate the amount of mushroom sauce which has a variety of mushrooms and I can taste the garlic! Tastes like those catered bento lorh. Overall would not come here again haha sorry. As I was eating, this older lady staff wearing the kopi+ shirt walked passed the chicken rice stall and shouted loudly "eh why yall not working ah?". Then the other employees jeered and booed and someone shouted "wah lan eh". Doesn't sound like they were joking around with each other. The older lady staff was also quite mean to this employee as she was doing a task. I am sitting just 2 tables away, facing them, so I hear her loudly saying "okAYY?? CAN OR NOT??" and then I see the other employees one by one walk up to talk to the scolded employee after that. They seem to be checking up on her and I also make eye contact with them. I am not saying you cannot scold your employees. It is just slightly uncomfortable to witness her loud talking down to an employee. I am also not a fan of their online ordering system. You need to scan their Kopi+ QR code, and a friendly staff told me it may not work and to just order at the drinks station. Hopefully next time it works better.

I always have my breakfast here and sometimes lunch when I have the craving for chicken rice which is top notch. So often until the drinks stall server knows me and greeted me everytime, which is truly memorable. For those who don't know, apparently the boy serving drinks is special needs which is admirable for the owner to give a proper job to a special needs person. Thumbs up! Being an inclusive society, we must try to be understanding and have humility towards the weak and less fortunate. Sadly, after reading obnoxious comments about the staff and place which is uncalled for, and shows what type of people these reviewers are. Calling honest, hard working people, useless, also shows how arrogant and proud these reviewers are. Also one of them needs to go back to school as his grammatical errors are appalling. Probably worst than this drink stall server, whom I can support anytime!

First visit today to this quaint little coffeeshop, hidden away at 11 Clover Way. It is easy to miss this gem if you are not observant but if you managed to spot it, you are in for a treat. Though small, it has a good mix of food stalls - Indian, Malay, Chinese and of course the all important drink stall which serves up your eggs, bread and coffee! Tried Lin Yu Mei Sarawak Kolo Mee as I was missing the Oil Town Kolo Mee near my old office and whilst it wasn't as good, it makes for a decent bowl of hearty breakfast. Noodles look dry but as with all kolo mee, looks are mostly deceiving. I can almost say that each strand of noodles was coated evenly with the pork lard oil with fried garlic which gave it a very aromatic fragrance. With the well seasoned minced pork, it all but elevated the overall flavour of the noodles. The chilli was interesting. It looked like freshly blended chilli and was good. As mentioned, it is a decent bowl of kolo mee.
