yesterday during lunch time, I make purchases in this store, the cashier told me there is a buy one free one promotion, while I haven said I don’t want, the cashier already close the order and it was billed, so my second free drink yet placed, they insist cannot void the bill, in the end I only get one drink, what for tell me you have buy one free one promotion in the beginning, worst customer service. Truly disappointed

The service provided consistently meets a high standard of efficiency and professionalism. The two female staff members are consistently courteous and prompt in fulfilling orders.

You may not get what you want. The taro tastes like BUTTER COOKIES OF ALL THINGS WHY (this has been verified by 5 of my friends [yes i have friends]) One of my friends said it tasted sharp. I’m not even kidding 😭😭 Service was okay, thank you to the staff but the drink is like rlly bad 😭 Also what that colour?! 6.7/33

Bought Genshin Ineffa/Aino collab combo A, was sad when my order came, there's no scratch card left (for in-game rewards). Disappointed because the server didn't tell in advance on the out of stock scratch card. I checked all the items on the spot and asked them of the scratch card, they replied right away :( Note to self: to check the availability of every item before buying any combo pack

One of the worst experiences. Reached before 6 and wanted to get student offer (which i knew ends 6pm) However, NOBODY ATTENDED TO ME until after 6pm, and they declined to serve me the drink at the normal price (more expensive) !
