The new items are really good! Especially the ramen, the soup was super rich and tasty. We also ordered chicken nanban and oden, teh chicken was great, very crispy and flavourful. Oden must try the radish it was soaked with soup!! Really recommend to try these few.

A bit cramp for single people. Mis two orders, but the service crew fix fast. No free flow tea, but water tap every guest so thats good. The 5 stars are purely for food. I love the fish, the salmon, the belly the california hand roll.

I used to be very hesitant when eating out on my own but I love Genki!!! The seating options for solo people is amazing, and the sushi is so delicious!!

Food: beef was thin and haphazardly placed on the bed of rice… just feels super half hearted. Fish was also inconsistently sliced. Atmosphere: we were seated at the bar area and was squeezed with another group. It’s super crammed. Many house flies around too! Also idk why I’m supposed to pay 10% service charge when the food comes on a conveyor belt / train. We also pay the bill at the counter. If the server is only bringing me the drinks then I think it’s fair to pay service fee just for the drinks. Overall unpleasant experience. Disappointed.
