Gave me the wrong order :( Ordered Bak Chor Mee Mee Pok.. Gave me someone else’ fish ball Mee Tai Bak.. Settling with this as I am too tired to walk back

Easy access coming out of Bishan MRT if you are coming out from the right door. Food is not bad, and lunch time is usually busy with limiting seating.

What you see is what you get, ordered $5 minced meat noodles +$1 add noodles. While the noodles were well cooked, springy and al denté, the ingredients on the bowl were far less than satisfactory. It was pathetic from the quality of taste to quantity of ingredients. 2 sliced pork, some minced meat, 2 slices of mushroom, 1 fishball and a soggy fried wanton. It’s bar chor mee and they don’t even have pork liver. No liver and still they give lesser meat. Pork slices were hard not to mention the soggy fried wanton. Very basic place. Definitely won’t be thinking about going back here. PS: they don’t even have spring onions like whut…

China aunty overcharging , refuse to refund ! Chasing me off saying there is many people. Sauce all overflowing out of the bowl yet saying it’s normal. Don’t expect any service yet they are ever rude. Not to mention they never mention how much are charging until I ask

I am writing based on a deeply upsetting experience my 80-year-old mother had at this outlet today. While having lunch, my mother, who has significant walking difficulties and back pain, realized she had forgotten to take chopsticks. Due to her pain, she politely asked a staff member A for assistance, who agreed to help. Staff A then delegated the task to Staff B. Staff B did bring the chopsticks, but then aggressively lashed out at my mother, scolding her to her face with words to the effect of, "You can't even get chopsticks yourself?" ("筷子都不会自己拿"). There is no conceivable justification for speaking to any customer this way, let alone a senior citizen who had a simple request. While a single staff member's frustration does not represent the entire Fei Siong brand, such poor service profoundly impacts its reputation. The number of unanswered negative reviews here suggests a pattern of overlooking customer experience. I wish Staff B lives a long, healthy life, so that she never has to experience such callous treatment in her own old age.
