🟫 Chef Wei HK Cheong Fun stall is located within the Kim San Leng Food Centre at Blk 511 Bishan Street 13. 🟤 The stall is about a 5-minute walk from Bishan MRT Station. 🟩 The stall features a clean, functional open-kitchen hawker kiosk with a brightly lit menu signboard. 🟦 Plain Chee Cheong Fun (2 boxes) priced at SGD3 each. ___________________________________ Each box was served with a sweet and savoury dark soya sauce, accompanied by chilli paste for an extra burst of flavour. The handmade steamed rice rolls were well crafted—silky smooth, delicate and soft. Their consistency and quality reflect the care and skill that go into preparing this classic Hong Kong-style delicacy. 🟪 The service staff were brisk and efficient, reflecting the fast-paced nature of a busy food court.

The Handmade "Chee Cheong Fun" is nice, with a thin rice flour wrap. The "liu sat pow" is also good.

Best chiong fan i have tried so far in Singapore! Skin is soft, it melts in your mouth, the prawn is fresh, the soy sauce is just nice, fragrant, saltiness just nice! Perfect for brunch or just light lunch!

Ordered the beef cf6. Definitely one of the best i've had in SG. The whole experience would be better if I was provided with proper utensils instead of disposable ones.
