I rolled into Ajisen Ramen on May 2nd for lunch absolutely starving—honestly, if a horse had walked past, I can’t promise it would’ve made it. I ordered the Tom Yam Ramen and asked for the volcano chili on the side. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The portion size was generous, the broth was hitting all the right notes, and that volcano chili actually woke my soul up a little bit. If you are looking to defeat a massive hunger crisis and want some great flavor while doing it, this is the spot. Walked in starving, walked out blissfully defeated by a noodle bowl.

Ramen is decent, more on the salty end. The soft bones meat is quite well done. The sides are not bad.

Very nice broth, the noodle is nice, the meat could be more seasoned, overall the food is good. Service was good also we got seated immediately and they served quite fast.

As a diehard Kumamon fan I just had to eat their Kumamoto ramen (not for halal). Satisfying taste! Plus lunch set, good deal. Yay.

We had a meal at Ajisen Ramen in Junction 8 and it was an average experience. The ramen was decent—flavors were alright but nothing particularly memorable. Unfortunately, the side sushi was a letdown—it tasted dry and not very fresh, which took away from the overall meal. Service was fine, but the food didn’t quite meet expectations. Might return for a quick bite, but wouldn’t go out of the way for it.
