Today I visited The Hyundai Seoul and honestly it was much more than just a shopping mall. The entire place feels like a carefully designed modern urban space where architecture, lifestyle, fashion, food, and social culture come together. The open design, natural lighting, large indoor spaces, and unique layout of the floors create a calm and premium atmosphere that feels very different from traditional department stores. Each floor had its own identity with a mix of international and Korean brands, but what impressed me most was how naturally the cafés, bakeries, dessert shops, and restaurants were integrated into the experience. The upper floors especially felt alive — full of young people gathering with friends, talking for hours, working on laptops, taking photos, and simply enjoying their time together. It was interesting to see how the space encourages people not only to shop, but also to stay, relax, and experience the city socially. What I liked most was this balance between modern consumer culture and human atmosphere. Despite being large and luxurious, it still felt warm, lively, and connected to everyday life in Seoul. In many ways, The Hyundai Seoul feels like a reflection of modern Korean urban culture itself: stylish, organized, social, design-focused, and always full of energy.

Spent a Saturday afternoon here. It was REALLY packed at B2 where all the trendy stuff are. But it was still walkable. Level 1 and above are mostly branded/designer/baby stuff so not many people were there. All food options are at B1 - had joe & the juice tunacado (viral in USA) and han jung sun mochi (skip the fruit-based ones, get the pistachoo/dubai with or without strawberry). Food court ordering system was amazing too - order at kiosk and pick up from store once ready. Food quality was great - esp the pork cutlet!!!! It was restaurant standard.

Visited The Hyundai Seoul and it’s massive! Literally has everything in one place—from high-end luxury and trendy fashion to unique local brands and super aesthetic cafes. I spent most of my time exploring G, B1, and B2. Pro tip: if you want to hit the trending cafes, look for the ones with shorter queues, they’re just as good and save you so much time! Definitely a must-visit spot in Seoul.

Visited The Hyundai Seoul after many trips to Korea and finally got the chance to experience it—and it definitely lives up to its reputation. This is a world-class shopping mall with modern, luxurious, and high-end facilities throughout. It was very busy on a Sunday, packed with shoppers, which really shows how popular it is. There’s a great mix of high-end designer brands alongside more affordable options, so it caters to a wide range of shoppers. If you enjoy shopping, you could easily spend hours here. The cafés were extremely busy, but I managed to visit Till White, which specializes in modern pastries. Everything I tried was delicious, and the coffee and drinks were exceptional—definitely worth the wait. The basement level has a huge food and grocery section with an impressive variety of options. It is a bit on the pricey side, but still a great experience to explore and try something different. Try to avoid peak weekend hours if possible, as it gets extremely crowded and can take away from the overall experience. Overall, a must-visit destination in Seoul if you’re into shopping, food, and a premium mall experience.

I’m not really about shopping, but there are plenty of people that are. I really did enjoy walking around, checking out all the high-end expensive stores but what I really enjoyed was the food trucks and the bagel company. I actually ended up having cream of mushroom truffle soup. It was delicious. I WOULD RECOMMEND
