We went to Seokchon Lake Park around 3–4 PM on a sunny day and wow, this place is absolutely stunning. So many people were out walking, jogging, chilling around the lake. The trees provide such good shade and the views of the Lotte World Tower from different angles across the park are just gorgeous. You can keep walking along the trail and every few minutes there’s another beautiful lake view. Small seating benches are there too, people relaxing, walking their dogs and just enjoying the vibe. Really loved spending time here. Such a peaceful and pretty place 🤍
View on GoogleSeokchon Lake Park was a lovely spot to spend some time, especially with the cherry blossoms around the lake. I enjoyed how peaceful it felt while still being easy to walk around and take in the scenery. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down for a bit, and I’d happily visit again.
View on GoogleIt’s a great place to enjoy cherry blossoms during the season. If you think Seokchon Lake is beautiful by day, wait until you see it at night. The cherry blossoms are lit in soft pink and purple, forming a glowing tunnel around the water. With their reflections on the lake and city lights in the background, it feels straight out of a movie. It really gets quite crowded starting from evening, but the lanterns and night sky create a more romantic, festive atmosphere than during the day. The weeping cherry trees under the spotlights are really picturesque. It’s the perfect quirky blend of nature and urban Seoul. Despite the crowds, walking beneath the illuminated sakura is a great experience, especially if you’re into night photography.
View on GoogleDuring cherry blossom season, expect an enormously large crowd, despite that, it is still a very beautiful park to visit and there's so much to do, I'd say don't skip this place.
View on GoogleWe went around the lake during cherry blossom season and it was amazing. Take your time to savour the beauty as you stroll through with the crowd. Great way to spend an evening!
