Tried the steak pot and freshwater eel pot at Solsot—both excellent. The steak was tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, while the eel was fresh with a light smoky flavour and a sweet-savory glaze that paired perfectly with the rice. The hot stone pot keeps the rice piping hot and forms a crispy golden layer at the bottom. There are instructions that guide you how to enjoy. Mixing everything with the sauce made each bite flavourful, and the crispy rice added great texture. Portions were satisfying, ingredients fresh, and service quick and efficient. A comforting and hearty meal indeed.

Else you could do it on your downloaded app as well. We had the steak pot rice (₩ 17.8K) and Abalone pot rice (₩ 17.8K). Food was pretty good and there's a guide to recommend you how to enjoy the food. There's yakult drink after dining. Recommended place if you're in Seongsu. Gets a little crowded so be prepared to wait. Toilet is in thennedt building on the 2nd floor.
View on Google***ONLY DEBIT CARDS, CHINA WECHAT PAY & CASH ACCEPTED*** Walked on a weekday afternoon before dinner hours and still needed to wait for 2 tables before me. You will be asked to register using your email and queue online after you pre-order your meal and drink items. I imagine this practice would be quite efficient during peak hours. The Beef Steak Bowl Rice was a bit overrated in my opinion. No particularly impressive seasonings or ingredients used. Nothing too surprising on the set. Staff recommended putting some of the rice into the bowl then adding a bit of the sauce before consuming. The bowl, however, was cold, and will make the rice cold too in no time. I did not follow and instead ate the rice in its origjnal hot bowl, finished it by adding the hot soup as the last step.
View on GoogleWe had lunch at Solsot in Seongsu. The food was okay, but nothing particularly special. The service was fast, which was a plus. The experience could have been much better if the server had taken a little time to explain the proper steps for enjoying the dishes. That kind of guidance would have made the meal more enjoyable. Unfortunately, one of the male servers had a noticeably bad attitude, and the negative energy really affected our experience. If not for that, I would definitely return. Hopefully, the service attitude will improve next time.
View on GoogleVery crowded, but the line moves quickly, we only waited about 15–20 minutes before getting in. As always with Solsot, the portions are generous and the food is full of flavor! The nurungji at the end, served with fish broth, was especially delicious.
