The pork rice soup is quite rich and fatty, but the flavor profile is rather one-dimensional; fortunately, salt and pepper are provided on the table for seasoning. The sous-vide pork slice sampler is just average and not particularly memorable. Overall, once is enough.
View on GoogleIf you are looking for pork rice soup around Haeundae, this is the place! It is not a franchise and is the only operating branch. The clean interior, friendly service, and delicious taste with no unpleasant odors satisfied even someone like me with a fairly picky palate. I will definitely eat here again next time I visit Haeundae.
View on GoogleNice pork rice soup in Haeundae area with typical Busan style. Considering this is a congested Haeundae commercial area I think this place is decent. But I prefer enjoying tourism in this area and eating in elsewhere because I prefer local gourmets in other neighbors.
View on GoogleA super comforting meal, you absolutely have to add the shrimp sauce into the soup otherwise it will be bland tasting. Pork is super soft and no porky smell, portion is generous too. My family and i loved the food. Waiting time is short too. Owner is super warm and welcoming :) Will visit again the next time i visit busan!
View on GoogleThis restaurant has been serving pork soup in Busan for three generations. Hearing that it was foreigner-friendly, I decided it would be the perfect place to bring my wife's friends from Spain for a true taste of the city. My one concern going in was whether "foreigner-friendly" implied that the flavors had been softened or adjusted for global palates — something I was keen to avoid, as my friends had come specifically for an authentic experience. However, my concerns were quickly put to rest. Having lived in Korea for over 30 years and tried countless pork soup, I found the flavor to be spot on and true to Korea's culinary tradition.
