Amazing food with a beautiful view of the sea. Lots of options for oshima souvenirs. Owner was friendly and kind enough to call a taxi for me. Perfect spot to eat before your hike to mihara

Came at 9 AM to get a meal before hiking. According to Google Maps the restaurant is supposed to open at 9 AM, but at 9:30 there was still no one around and no notice left on the door either. We couldn't afford to wait longer because there are only 2 buses a day, so we ended up hiking with just our emergency food since this is the only restaurant around. We recommend to bring your own meal instead of relying on this place.

The lunch time is until 2pm. The ocean view is good from the restaurant (at seats near windows) and can see Mt Fuji on cloudless days. And the Tsubaki Tendon is great.
