It's part of Tokyo, but this diner is on Toshima, one island farther out than Oshima. I went at lunchtime on a weekday. I ordered lunch for 1.500 yen per person, and it felt generous. The thing like ganmo with winter melon and edamame was really delicious. The macaroni salad was delicious too, as was the ohitashi. I'd like to stop by again if I have time before the ship departs. When I asked an island resident, apparently Toshima only has about 3 places like this where you can eat out. I'd like to visit again when I return to Toshima.

I visited for lunch and ordered the fish set. It came with three small side dishes, salt-grilled sanma, and miso soup for a little over ¥1000. The side dishes were generous too, and sashimi was included. Sweet potato tempura came as a snack, and that was delicious too‼️ Thank you for letting me in even though I arrived before opening time. I'll come again Thank you for the meal
