Went for regular dinner menu (not buffet). The meat was decent, but service could be greatly improved for a much better experience: - For food safety, it is probably safer to serve the wasabi on a separate plate from the raw meats - There were scraps of food on the seats and the floor under the seats. - All of the meats came first, then the drinks 15 minutes into the meal, and salad last - The banging noise of the plates during dish washing from the semi-open kitchen was unreasonably loud that it was hard to have a conversation - The waitress came around reminding us that it’s “last order time” and we said we needed a minute to decide what to get so she could come back and get our orders. She seemed to stand there glaring at us to hurry up and decide what to get. - The manager seemed to be in a real rush to clean up all the dishes 30 minutes before closing time. He was also banging all the plates around to bus them. It was a real unfortunate experience because we were excited that the place served “high-quality” food. The quality of the meat isn’t worth the uncomfortable dining experience, but perhaps the buffet experience is different. ディナーで使用。ビュッフェではなくアラカルトメニューから注文。 肉の質は悪くないが、サービスは大幅に向上する余地があると感じた。 - 食品安全のために、生で食べるわさびは生肉とは別の皿に入れて出したほうが安全 - 座席とテーブル下の床が汚い - 料理が全て揃った後に15分遅れて飲み物がきた - セミオープンキッチンから食器を雑に扱って洗っている音が騒々しく、まともに会話ができない - ウェイトレスが「ラストオーダーの時間」であると伝えに来た時、少し時間が欲しいことを伝えたにもかかわらず、注文を決めるまでの間、あたかもせかすように目の前に立っていた - 閉店時間の30分前に店長はすべての皿を片付けようと急いでいて、食器を雑に扱っていた 「高品質」のお肉が食べれると思い、楽しみにしていたが、本当に残念だった。 肉の良質な分、サービス面で非常にもったいないと感じた。ビュッフェであればまた違った経験となったかもしれませんが。

Everything is perfect, bit high price, but really tastey here, we definitely come back again, we think those meats are really high quality.

Excellent food, great atmosphere, and absolutely wonderful staff. The wagyu was phenomenal, and my vegetarian wife loved all the grilled veggies, as well as the kimchi. She recommends trying the kimchi sample plate with 4 different kinds. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even with our poor Japanese skills. The ambiance is spot on for a date or a nice dinner with family and friends.

3.5 stars. The vegetables were really fresh and the meat also seemed really fresh. You probably need to order more meat to have associating meal but I think it's high in quality so you get what you pay for. It's affiliated with JA so that explains the freshness of everything including the sweet rice.

So good, we did a la carte wagyu for 4 people and it was cheap and delicious
