Normally it's a shop selling Okinawan products like jarred peanuts and chinsuko, and "more or less" every Wednesday it opens as an Okinawa soba shop, but I'm often at work all day on Wednesdays, so schedule-wise it was sadly impregnable. This week it happened to also open as an Okinawa soba shop on Thursday, so I came looking forward to it. The menu is Okinawa soba only. There are large, medium, and small. No topping variations like tebichi or soki. Refreshingly straightforward. Today I ordered the 1.5x Okinawa soba (medium). The toppings are simple too. Deeply flavorful sanmai pork. A kanbukuni soup brimming with savory goodness. Halfway through, I changed the flavor with kōrēgūsu. Delicious. Then changed it again with pipātsu powder. Delicious. I lack vocabulary so all I can say is delicious, but the hand-kneaded-style "suba" noodles themselves were really delicious. I bought one Kin-chan Noodle from the top shelf and was very satisfied. You can hardly buy these in Tokyo either.
