A popular sushi restaurant in Seibu Ikebukuro (8th floor). We went on a weekday for dinner. We queued for about 15 minutes. Upon arriving, dont forget to get a queue number from a machine near the entrance before lining up. You will be guided inside once your number was called. We sat at the counter seats which was uncomfortable since the chairs are so close to each other. They have a tablet for ordering which was very convenient. We tried several items from their menu. My personal favorites were the seared fish nigiri (3pcs) & miso flavored seared salmon. It was delicious.
View on GoogleThis is one of my favorite sushi restaurants. Since they allow you to order sushi by the piece, I can choose just one or two pieces at a time. This makes it perfect for one or two people, allowing us to try more varieties without having to eat a lot of the same type. Overall, the sashimi is very fresh and flavorful—not the absolute best, but still excellent. Visiting Katsu is a must for me every time I’m in Tokyo.
View on GoogleLarge belt sushi shop with long queue, I waited 1hr to get in the shop. Luckily there is a queue system which you can check queue status from a QR code too. I would say not everything is super fresh but the ones that are fresh is really fantastic. Would recommend ordering from the tablet as the chef will prepare a new one for you, the ones on the belt could be left for a long time
View on GoogleIt was a very good heaty meal. 1st meal of the day after arriving in Tokyo, so, must eat either ramen or sishi. Saw the review. The restaurant claimed to be the no 1 conyeor belt. When I was there around 11:55am, there was already a long snacky queue. But it move fast, we were inside the restaurant in 30mins or so. The sushi was very nice, fresh and big cut. Overall, a very nice satisfying meal for all if us.
View on GoogleIt is a very popular sushi restaurant. Always has a long line but it moves quickly. You have 45minutes to enjoy your food and they are at a very reasonable price. Sushi are made to order thru an tablet bon you table.
