What a surprise. The nigiri served with nikiri is outstanding value for money! The sushi rice, made with a white vinegar base, has a classic feel. The acidity is mild and suited to everyone. The gari is homemade. Just being served homemade gari gets me excited. I ended up having it three times. The space created by the pleasant chef is very comfortable. I'd definitely like to visit in the evening. Did the evening omakase course start at 9K? Apparently, the omakase courses offered throughout December include seiko gani from 13K.

I had the Yamabuki course for dinner. Overall, I thought it was good. The chef's child is in the restaurant and occasionally comes out into the dining area, so for those who want a quiet, leisurely meal… Western-style sweets handmade by the chef's wife are also on sale. They're quite good 💕
