Really good ramen with a nice rich soup and great noodles. The noodles were chewy and matched perfectly with the broth. There was also jalapeño sauce (tabasco) on the table, and I tried it for the first time — it gave a different spicy kick, but surprisingly it matched really well with the soup and noodles. Would definitely come again! Definitely worth trying with all the toppings. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleNo.1 ramen around Ikebukuro area for me. They have English menu/order guide recently. Shinagawa's ramen is excellent not only for its soup but also for its homemade noodles made with domestically produced wheat.
View on Googleamazing chukasoba. my favorite part was the meat. the charred flavor was amazing. 10/10 i would enjoy again
View on GoogleFirst time I’ve ever heard of the dish “aburasso” and I know I’m not a fan of shoyu ramen broth, so I opted for that. It was surprisingly delicious. The only knock I’d give it is the broth/sauce is a bit too salty. The meat was extremely tender and well seasoned. It cost me ¥1400, which is above average. They don’t have an English menu or speak much English at all so be mindful and respectful of that.
View on GoogleQualified Ramen and never betray you how they serve the simple and tasty one! I love the way of charcoal preparations for roast pork as well.
