I ordered through Uber Eats, but it was so awful that I couldn't help writing a review. The duck meat smelled extremely bad and was completely dried out—it was terrible. The stench had even spread to the rice, smelling like a grease-covered drain that hadn't been cleaned for decades, and I genuinely lost my appetite immediately. I forced myself to eat just 3 bites, but I really couldn't manage any more and had no choice but to throw everything away. I am deeply disappointed with this meal and strongly regret paying for it. I've ordered from this restaurant many times, but lately the quality has been getting worse and worse. Even so, I ordered thinking “just one more time,” but this time it was truly too awful to accept. This time I really can't. I will never order again.

Immediately to the right after leaving Otsuka Station's north exit, very close to the Toei Asakusa Line crossing. A well-known restaurant in Otsuka with an exterior full of Showa-era atmosphere. The storefront has real character. I like this place with its Showa feel too. Ordered fried rice and turnip cake. Both were delicious, but the complimentary soup that came with them was also very tasty. Next time I'd like to order a soup dish as my main. A family-run restaurant. The wife and daughter serving seemed like kind people, and it was a pleasant place. The interior is fairly spacious and comfortable, and I'd like to become a regular.

The beef pho is generously portioned but light, so you can polish it off easily. It has an exotic flavor that makes you feel like you're abroad. I recommend the taste, but both drinks and food take a long time to arrive and there are cleanliness issues, so I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone particular about that. (I saw them tasting the soup in the kitchen directly from the ladle. With coronavirus around these days, using something that's touched their mouth directly is a bit much…) But the woman who seems to be their daughter is very pleasant and clearly works hard, so if cleanliness doesn't bother you, please give it a try!
