Good food variety for buffet, however service needs a lot more improvement! Probably environment is warm which made the staff grumpy? Brought the wrong order of dish and quickly walked away, call them back and they just kept quiet without admitting mistake, looking at you like an idiot. So if you are here for the food, probably you can give it a try or else I will highly recommend other fast food chain nearby. Staff response to customer also determines the overall mood of the meal. I'm going to hunt for McDonald's after this.

Luckily got a table for 2 pax by walk-in at around 17:15 on New Year’s Day, the environment was clean, each table has partition to enhance the privacy, food was tasty with reasonable price including the unlimited refill of soft drinks bar, the service was good as well. I definitely will come again when I visit Tokyo next time.

The meat is not the best for best choice of buffet. It’s hard to chewy, not tender at all. The top price is almost like other buffet (4.0) but not worthy it. The cakes not good enough. The meat on the sushi is okay, but the meat is too chewy. It cannot be eat together. The rice is swallowed but the beef is still in my mouth. The service is very fast. This is the best. Th female staff is friendly and patient. I appreciate she help me check out, not the male one. He is not ready for those people speaking Mandarin.

Totally not worth it. I have tried many yakiniku restaurant in all Japan but i can tell the quality of beef is not worth compare to price 😭 Ps : the staffs are all nice and friendly, but i came for the meat

The meat is very fresh and delicious, but some parts are cut so thick and big that it is a little inconvenient. But the dip is complete and the service is very good.
