I could clearly appreciate the egg's flavor, but personally, I was amazed by “how delicious the rice was.” You wait for it to cook, then wait through the resting and steaming time right in front of you. I felt that even this time was part of the service. Freshly cooked rice really is delicious😋 The fish and oden were tasty, but in the end the rice stole the whole show.
