Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and drink. First visit. Smart, modern feel to the place. Good choice of dishes on the menu, I went for the homemade tiramisu and I have to say it's the best tiramisu I've ever had, it was perfect. Prices were very reasonable. Service was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Really nice place.
View on GoogleDecent Italian- the chicken in hot oil was ultra garlicky. Pasta is standard Japanese pasta, butter and garlic with cream. Overall a little too expensive.
View on GoogleThis was the most mediocre Italian meal I’ve had in Tokyo in the last 15 years. When you consider it being overpriced for what it was, it would rate as the worst. Details Appetizers: frittata was flavorless and the sauce on too tasted like cheap ketchup, carpaccio of the day was okay but a bit sour (may be turning bad), focaccia was very hard on outside and dry inside (a bit stale, also poorly made) Pizza: margherita pizza had bland sauce, with cheese and dough that was too chewy (poor quality ingredients possibly, likely also needed higher temperature oven) Main: beef cheek stewed in red wine with vegetables was the lone solid tasting item in the meal; fresh veggies, but very light on the meat Drinks: oolong tea, moscow mule, gin & tonic; all had watered down taste and glasses full to top with ice and 3/4 filled to skimp on serving Server: easily flustered during meal, disappearing frequently, couldn’t handle the credit card terminal properly so ended up paying cash Overall: overpriced, poor experience food wise, would not recommend and will not return. Almost wish I tried the pasta to be fully representative of their offerings, but enough of the picture was clear based on the above experience.
View on GoogleService too slow (from waiting to be seated even though there are seats available, to waiting for food wherein someone who came in after us got served first..); overprice ≠ quality of food (pizza tooo oily, pasta was so-so for its price) don’t come here if you’re looking for real or decent italian food.. We were kept waiting a lot, the food doesn't match the price, and I won't come a 2nd time.
View on GoogleStumbled on this cosy Italian cafe, surprisingly good pasta and pastry, great service and good english proficiency from the waitress
