They use a ticket machine all in Japanese. Cash only. They have "Kaedama" extra noodles but no "Oomori" large sizes. I got the oyster salt ramen and that was pretty good. The broth was light with the a slight oyster flavor. The noodles were decent but I think we're actually soba. It was modern counter bar athesthetic and it was playing 2010s USA pop music.
View on GoogleVisited here and went with the shio ramen and the broth was so clean but packed with flavor. One of the best things about this spot is that they’re open until late. It’s the perfect place to hit up when you’re craving something legit after a long night and don't want the usual chain restaurant quality. Also, don't sleep on the rice bowls. I grabbed one with the egg yolk on top and it was so simple but honestly hit the spot just as much as the ramen. The place is quite practical and convenient!
View on GooglePlanned to go check something new today. But still ended up going with Ramen. Guess what!? It’s delicious! Food is well prepared and it tastes fresh! I have tried many different Ramen and sadly some pork tastes old or not new you know.. Here the pork especially the Charsiew tastes really good!
View on GoogleThis boutique ramen shop is small and intimate, with only around 10 to 12 bar-style seats, creating a focused and no-frills dining experience. The shop itself was clean, bright, and well-maintained, and one of the highlights was being able to clearly watch the chef prepare each bowl of ramen right in front of the counter, which added to the overall enjoyment. We ordered the soy sauce–based ramen, which came with a slice of chashu and a half-boiled egg. The broth was served piping hot, clear in appearance yet extremely rich, deep, and flavorful, showing careful balance and technique. It was easily the standout of the bowl. The chashu, while tasty, was a bit on the chewy side, slightly less tender than expected. The egg was perfectly cooked, with a beautifully runny yolk that complemented the broth well. The noodles were well-cooked and matched the soup, though they were not quite my preferred noodle style. Overall, the ramen was high quality and freshly prepared, reflecting the care put into each serving. Even though we had already eaten dinner, this bowl was still thoroughly enjoyable. A wonderful and satisfying experience, and definitely recommended for ramen lovers who appreciate craftsmanship and depth of flavor.
View on GoogleBeautiful little Sushi restaurant with great quality and very kind service. The restaurant has two floors. We went upstairs. You sit on futon and eat the very traditionally Japanese way. The menu is pictured, making it easy for any language. 5 Stars!
