Located just a 10-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, the area is surrounded by shopping malls and local eateries, with noticeably less tourist traffic. I loved how lively it felt without being overcrowded. This is the true Mega Pokémon Center, with an entire floor dedicated solely to Pokémon, including the Pokémon Café. The merchandise selection here is the best, it has a full range of items rather than limited regional exclusives like those in Osaka or Kyoto. The trading card purchase system was well organized: limits were clearly enforced, the line moved quickly, and I was able to buy two boxes for my friend (one per person, as my party had two people). They also host Pokémon meet-and-greet sessions, and I was lucky enough to arrive just in time to meet Pikachu in person.

Must visit for Pokemon fans. Wide variety of souvenirs, from plushies to Pokemon cards. Don’t get upset when they want to rip the shrink wrap from the booster box. No place for scalpers. The line was very long, but they do a good job in keeping it moving. The Pikachu sweets was decent. Nothing crazy to go brag about, but it’s an experience you should see for yourself!

The Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo is located in an older mall. It has a great variety of toys with Pokémon. The store is full of customers from all over the world. If you love Pokémon, this is a must go place to go.

Very fun place for Pokémon fans. Many Pikachu and other Pokémon merchandise inside. The Pikachu desserts are very cute and good for photo check-in. Pokemon fan will like it.

I have been to the Shibuya location, the Ōsaka Shinsaibashi and the Umeda location, compared to them, this one is my favorite. Spacious and less crowded, yet still have a comprehensive collection. Doesn’t matter if you are a 20-year old fan or someone new to the IP, you would enjoy this place. Definitely worth checking out!
