I came here for a collab cafe. The place is small, but the seats are widely spaced, so I could relax. Personally I like the atmosphere. The menu was tasty too. Returning dishes is self-service, and there's an in-store announcement about it, so it was very easy to understand and helpful. If I come for a collab cafe here again, I'd be glad to be in your care.

Maybe because it was a weekday, I could take my time.

First off, it's not a hotel, I went to the collab cafe The payment system, merch included, should be pay-later; getting called at some random point and told to pay first shows way too little trust in customers. Also, please shuffle the giveaway items properly. Getting the same character 3 times in a row is too much

The inside is clean, but... since it's a narrow building, both the stairs and the interior are very cramped. I used the collab cafe, but even when panels are displayed, you basically can't photograph them from the front.
