There was a short lineup of 5 people in front of me, several people eating in the shop, and more people eating outside along the path. I was the only foreigner, so you know it's probably good if it attracts this many locals on a Tuesday night. I got the pork with soba noodles for like ¥550... Can't complain

I first learned about this standing only almost 24 hours a day udon restaurant via a Japanese language YouTube channel. It seemed to be very authentic. I went early in the morning and was not disappointed. I got the beef curry udon with a soft-boiled egg and an onigiri rice ball. Delicious in the cold morning weather. Please note this is cash only, no English is spoken and it's recommended to bring your own napkins and maybe even a disposable bib. It is work seeking out!

You know it’s good when the clientele is mainly locals. Very affordable and hearty bowl of udon. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

This place was recommended to us by a local and it did not disappoint. Food: We both ordered the udon noodles with the soft boiled egg and it was the perfect light breakfast. Service: The gentleman behind the bar is extremely nice and ushered us in and provided english menus. Atmosphere: This is a tiny standing bar that is an obvious hub for locals who need a quick bite to eat before heading into work. It can be very crowded, so it’s recommended that you hold the bowl and stand if there isn’t any table space available.

It was delicious!! There are no tables to sit at, but there are places to sit and eat around the area.
