Drop by on a whim since I am renting an apartment nearby and was pleasantly surprised by the set meal. It was delicious and reasonably priced. The lady serving was also courteous and friendly. Will come by again.

I revisited in October 2025. This time I had the chicken and cashew stir-fry set meal, 900円. There weren't many cashews, and I feel like the portion has gotten a little smaller… I revisited in April 2025. This time I had mapo tofu, 780円. Nice value for money. The mapo tofu was rich, with mild spiciness and a mild numbing sensation. I visited for the first time in about 13 years. This is my first Google review. Checking the set meal menu, I was grateful to see prices below 1,000円. This time I had the black vinegar pork set meal, 900円. The black vinegar pork had a strong, punchy flavor. The meat pieces were large and satisfying, and went perfectly with rice. The dessert at the end was exceptionally refreshing.

The series of Komagome restaurants that are a little intimidating to enter. A 2-minute walk from Komagome Station, just past the bus roundabout. You can't see inside, so it looks a little hard to enter, but once you're in, it's a Chinese food paradise. From fried eggplant to wood ear mushroom and egg rice bowls, most things are delicious. There's also a miraculous 2-hour all-you-can-eat-and-drink menu for 3600円. The lunch menu is extensive, and prices are very reasonable, starting at around 700円. Portions are generous and satisfying too. The restaurant's layout makes it hard to see inside from outside, but once you enter, it has a homey atmosphere. It's run by a married couple from China, and you can enjoy authentic flavors. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting authentic Chinese food at reasonable prices. With bottled beer, we had pidan tofu and wood ear mushrooms, cucumber, and okra dressed in sweet vinegar. The pidan is homemade, and its rich seasoning pairs perfectly with the tofu. The dressed vegetables are packed with ingredients and satisfying, making the beer go down easily. The fried white fish was crispy and fluffy, paired wonderfully with sansho, and was exquisite. I also tried the mapo tofu set meal, whose lingering numbing heat made me want more white rice. The menu is extensive and everything looks delicious.

The Chinese restaurant [満理圓] is a 1-minute walk from the north exit of Komagome Station. It's neither a neighborhood-style Chinese place nor a strongly China-style one, but a nicely balanced Chinese restaurant that I find very useful. This time I went for dinner with a close friend. Tokyo's high was 37 degrees, so naturally we quenched our thirst with bottled beer… devilishly good, yes. We started with pidan for some stamina, then ordered fried white fish/kani tama. The fluffy fried white fish went wonderfully with sansho, and the kani tama was piled high with plenty of crab in the thick sauce… delicious!! To get some vegetables too, we ordered hoikoro, sweet and spicy and something you could eat endlessly. I forgot to take a photo, but the homemade gyoza was also exquisite, packed with cabbage whose sweetness really stood out, fantastic^^ To finish, we ordered negi abura men, a soupless noodle dish, and the scallion oil, boiled chicken, and firmly cooked noodles went together perfectly and slipped right into our stomachs!! It's the height of summer heat, but this delicious Chinese food feels like it could get me through it, and makes me want to come every day!! ↓Previously↓ The Chinese restaurant [満理圓] is very close to Komagome Station, about a 1-minute walk from the north exit. Neither a neighborhood-style Chinese place nor a strongly China-style one, just a delicious restaurant run by a married couple from China… that's what's good about it. This time we visited for dinner and started with bottled beer (560円!!) and pidan tofu/wood ear mushrooms, cucumber, and okra dressed in sweet vinegar. The homemade pidan's rich seasoning paired well with the tofu, and the dressed vegetables had chunky ingredients and a satisfying bite. We also ordered Sichuan-style stir-fried cabbage, with cabbage/pork/green peppers stir-fried in Sichuan miso, perfect for a beer toast. Having recognized how good the food was, we ordered a bottle of Shaoxing wine, then fried white fish, and kept sipping Shaoxing with soda. The fluffy white fish went wonderfully with sansho. For noodles, we ordered 満理圓 yakisoba, sauce-based and packed with vegetables, another flavor perfect for drinkers. Finally, we tried the black vinegar sweet-and-sour pork, with the freshly fried pork nicely coated in black vinegar, making it impossible to stop drinking Shaoxing… what a problem!! We finished while feeling tempted by the mapo dishes we hadn't ordered this time. Wow, this is delicious and far too good value… must come again!!!

I'd often passed by but somehow never gone in. It was more spacious inside than I expected. It's a typical neighborhood Chinese restaurant, but the staff weren't speaking Japanese to each other, so I suppose the flavors are authentic. The chinjao rosu set meal is 800円. It also comes with chilled tofu, pickles, and annin tofu, so it's a pretty good spread. Ideal for everyday meals, so I'll be visiting regularly from now on.
